ChannelPoint Inc. has helped Canadian and U.S. companies evaluate, select and implement outsourced cross-border workforce solutions since 2001.

We work with companies that need to employ people or engage independent contractors in Canada, the United States or internationally without building specialized payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation and workforce-compliance infrastructure internally.

Cross-Border Experience Since 2001

ChannelPoint began by helping Canadian companies manage the challenges of employing people in the United States.

Those challenges often included payroll, health benefits, workers’ compensation, employment compliance, HR administration and the complexity of dealing with multiple providers and government requirements.

Over time, our work expanded to include:

Independent Provider Selection

ChannelPoint is not tied to a single EOR, PEO or AOR provider.

We evaluate the business requirement first, then help identify the provider and workforce structure that best fit the company’s geography, workforce needs, benefits requirements, risk profile and long-term plans.

What We Do

ChannelPoint helps clients:

• Assess cross-border workforce requirements
• Determine whether an EOR, PEO, ASO or other outsourced structure is appropriate
• Compare suitable providers
• Select the best-fit solution
• Facilitate implementation

After implementation, the client works directly with the selected provider.

What We Do Not Do

• We are not a staffing agency and do not recruit employees
• We do not replace the client’s day-to-day management of employees
• We do not provide routine ongoing HR administration after implementation
